Installation and setup were smooth, and the overall design looks premium for this price range. Performance is good for watching movies, YouTube, and OTT apps. Value for money product in the 43-inch segment. Only one suggestion — if voice search support was available, it would have made the experience even better and more convenient. I am writing to express my absolute outrage and profound disappointment regarding my recent purchase of a VW 40-inch TV. Within a mere 10 days of delivery, this completely defective piece of hardware ( user interface, display ) abruptly stopped working on 19th May. Driven by misleadingly positive feedback on Amazon, I trusted your brand, only to be rewarded with the most agonizing, frustrating, and worst customer experience of my life. Since the breakdown, I have been trapped in an endless, soul-crushing cycle of unhelpful customer care calls and ignored emails. Your company’s response has been nothing short of ghosting—complete, dead silence. It is deeply infuriating to invest hard-earned money into a product, only for it to become an expensive paperweight in less than two weeks. The lack of accountability, atrocious after-sales service, and blatant disrespect for your customers' time is utterly unacceptable. Dealing with your non-existent support has been an exhausting, stressful, and deeply angering ordeal. I demand an immediate full refund, along with an explanation for this abysmal negligence. Unhappy Customer.

Using from last 7 to 10 days, so far so good in this price range. If you looking for budget TV, then please go for it.

Decent Display, But Service Falls Short I bought the VW Spectra Series 43" QLED Android TV (VW43AQ3) a few weeks ago, and I have mixed feelings about it. Picture & Performance: The QLED panel delivers vibrant colors and sharp detail for a Full HD display, and the Android TV interface makes streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video smooth and easy to navigate. For everyday viewing and casual gaming, it performs well and looks great in a mid-size room. Where It Falls Short: My biggest disappointment is with the after-sales service. There is no installation support included with the purchase. When I contacted customer care to ask for help mounting the TV, I was simply told to install it myself, entirely at my own risk — no technician visit, no guidance, nothing. For a TV in this price range, that's a significant gap. On top of that, when I tried reaching out about warranty and guarantee-related concerns, the only channel available was email, and responses were slow and unhelpful. There was no clear support number or live assistance to fall back on, which made the whole process frustrating. Verdict: Good hardware, disappointing support. If you're comfortable installing the TV yourself and don't mind relying solely on email for any warranty issues, it's a solid budget pick. But if you expect proper installation help or responsive customer service, be prepared for some frustration.

Overall the sound quality, picture quality, colours as mentioned are perfect and very good. No Netflix app support. Speed, switching between apps are slow, even remote functionality responds after 2-3 sec creates like tv is stuck. Previously I bought VU 32 inch, when compared to that VW is not so good but if budget friendly. Those who cannot afford much they can go for this.
