I wanted one of this yoga balls to be able to do some stretching exercises at home without the need to go to the gym.The ball came very well packaged in a strong box. Inside there was a hand pump and two valves to inflate. It took me around 5 minutes to do so as it is quite big and needs a lot of air, but it inflates easily and you do not need to pump it hard, just take your time.The quality of this exercise ball is quite good and the materials feel very strong.For me having this ball at home is great as it has a double function, I can use it to stretch on my breaks but also to correct my posture and seat properly without damaging my back when working on the computer.It is perfect for stretching your muscles and relaxing. With the ball a manual is included with pictures of exercises you can try and the correct postures to sit on it.Once you used it you can deflate it and put it back in the box. However, if you have enough space at home and you use it often like me, it is easier to leave it inflated. In fact, it works as an extra sit for our visitors and everyone wants to try it out.I would recommend this exercise ball to anyone looking for a good quality exercise ball.

I’m always looking to increase my fitness, so I decided to buy this stability balance ball as it seemed a good way to exercise whilst also having fun.The hand pump is a pump action device, it operates as a pull-push hand pump i.e. just like a bike pump. Its dual action so it pumps air even whilst pulling the handle as well as pushing. The pumps construction was fairly good, it was made of ABS plastic throughout, yet it was light to hold additionally I was pleased with the volume of air it shifted. But I must confess I took the lazy option and used my air bed pump to pump it up - just to speed things along. Once the balance ball was inflated, I used one of the white valve stoppers and pushed them into the air intake hole to prevent the air from escaping.The ball was very good quality with centrical lines protruding from around the circumference of the ball to prevent any slippage. I would say it’s made from very good quality PVC rubber. When I used it, It had no problem holding my weight (80KG).I really liked this balance ball (the colour totally matched my décor) it was really good quality with excellent grip and exceeded my expectation (particularly the nice hand pump).

I bought this to help me with my fitness and have not been disappointed. It is brilliant quality - just as good as the ones available at my local gym and it comes with a handy pump to blow it up. The seller was very helpful in recommending the right size for me and it arrived very quickly. Both me and my husband have tried it out and it hasn't deflated or anything. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to try and get a bit fitter at home as there are loads of exercises you can do using this ball.

I have used it a lot for my pregnancy exercises, but it deflates quite quickly and my husband had to reinflate it 3/4 times.
