Made me like my Dyson again. I have a first gen Dyson. It took me a while to learn how to use the curling attachments, but I found them frustrating and very time consuming so stopped using them. I have mid length hair past my shoulders and those short little cone barrels just didn't work for me. I saw this attachment and decided to give it a whirl. What a difference! The hair attaches so much easier and in larger sections so you can actually move through your hair quickly. Pixture of blow dry 1 attached. Also I did try the Dyson factory attachment a year ago but it was not good. The hair would not wind around the rod. This one works way better!

Absolutely fantastic!!!! Looks and works EXACTLY like a Dyson product (even better that it has the curl direction switch which Dyson doesn’t have). What a perfect and fun accessory!! I’d give more stars if I could. ❤️

I have longer hair and the medium size barrel sometimes are just too tight. I decided to try this as an extra styling tool. I like that you don’t have to take this off and switch to the opposite direction. That can be done with a turn of the top. I like the size of the barrel. I’m not sure why it doesn’t seem to be gripping my hair as well as as my smaller barrel. Otherwise I would give it five stars.

Love this tool! Especially for traveling as it saves me from packing 2 rods. Simple twist of the top knob and it changes which way to curl my hair.

Was not fully compatible with my first generation Dyson air wrap. It fit, but it did not pull in air appropriately nor curl my air even slightly close to the barrel attachments that were authentic and came with my air wrap. This was a good attempt at matching, but not a good attempt at getting it operable as the OEM ones are. Sent back.

It does not grab/hold my hair like the Dyson attachment. I have very fine hair, so maybe it’s just me.

I was introduced to Dyson accessories through a casual conversation, and being a Dyson Air Wrap fan, I was excited to try them. Having one rod instead of two is a game-changer, and this grabs your hair, wraps without any issue, and generates enough heat to make a great curl! I recently ordered a barrel Dyson branded one from Nordstrom just for variety and returned it, because it didn't generate the same heat and results as this one. Love it!

I cannot get this to work. The curler does not pick up any hair, even tiny sections. My hair was 99% dry, which makes a big different with the genuine Dyson attachments, but it still wasn't working. The Dyson attachments pick up hair with such force that it's difficult to do wrong. Don't waste your money on this.

I got this attachment for my Dyson, it works great. I have an older gen Dyson and it originally comes with 4 pieces for blow outs (2 small ones + 2 larger ones (one for each side)) but I wanted a longer attachment that can be used for both sides of my hair instead of changing the attachment. I give this product a 4 star because I feel like the air flow is not as great on the right side of my hair (isn’t that noticeable) and you need to be really gentle taking off the attachment or you risk breaking the clasps, otherwise it’s an awesome replacement. In the photo I’ve attached, the one on the right is the one I ordered and the other two came with my Dyson, for size ref. But it’s perfect for anyone with longer hair!
