It was not for UK plug but there is no information for it. I could not even able to test it.

The rice cooker completely stopped working within only 6 months of purchase. Despite claiming 1 year guarantee, Cuckoo customer service refused to repair my rice cooker. Very disappointing as someone who has used the cuckoo brand for decades. Will certainly not be buying again.

Used it once. Put it on the next day and no power going through the unit. Absolutely dead.This needs a uk kettle cable which you buy at additional expense. Item also listed as made in Korea but the box itself states this model is made in china.Sent back for a refund after a long wait to even get it delivered and further delay to order a plug only to have it break after a single use.Please avoid purchasing this model. Read other reviews also. I wish I did.

I returned it. It was not what I expected

4 months after buying it and using in about 3 times a week with careful and regular cleaning and it stopped working overnight!

I bought this CUCKOO rice cooker because I wanted something compact that could make good rice without taking up too much counter space. So far, I’ve been really happy with it. The rice comes out fluffy and evenly cooked, and the fuzzy logic feature makes the cooking process very simple.I especially like the size. It’s a good option for one or two people or a small household, and I don’t feel like I’m wasting space with a large rice cooker. The white design is also simple and looks nice in the kitchen.The main downside is that the controls and settings took me a little time to get familiar with, especially compared with a very basic rice cooker. The capacity is also limited, so if you regularly cook large batches of rice, you’ll probably want a bigger model.Overall, I think it’s a great everyday rice cooker for a small household. It’s convenient, cooks rice consistently, and is compact enough for a smaller kitchen. I would definitely recommend it if you don’t need a large capacity.

Stopped working within 1 week and now can’t get hold of any for a warranty replacement

The rice cooker stopped working after the first use.

This item is 120V and is not for use in the UAE. Without realising this very important fact, as it was not clearly mentioned in the item title, I’d used it and burnt the unit. Unfortunately I only realised it one year later, after the warranty period has ended, and Amazon customer service is not willing to do anything nor take any responsibility for allowing the merchant hide this very important information. Even Sarthak the Amazon supervisor kept highlighting they can’t do anything as the warranty period has ended. Truly disappointed with Amazon’s customer service this time.

I’m new to rice cookers and wanted something a bit better than the basic models. This one is super easy to use and the rice turns out perfectly every time. I’m also having fun trying out other recipes beyond just rice, and I’m really impressed with how well it works!
