Will these fit Blade Runner 3500 inline skates? The top strap/buckle on my daughter's skates is broken.

How well do these work on hockey skates?

I assume you mean street hockey, not ice hockey? I would say if you have a strap like this, then it would. I purchase these to fix my ski boots. The ski shop said they were too old and it would cost me about $300. I paid about $10 for these. I had to do a little modification with the buckle but it wasn't a big deal. They work great and they would probably work for any application that have a straps.
