Simple, flavourless creatine. Shows good result, clean profile and effective. Mixablity is also good and good overall

The creatine is of good quality and a little less mixable than others, but it mixes well after shaking, with no lumps or visible side effects. There's no taste or stomach discomfort, and it aids in fast muscle recovery, but you need to drink a high amount of water, like 3-4L.

This is the best creatine for gym rat as the price pf this creatine is affordable but don't go on it price like it price it cheaper then the product is not good but this product is the best Do 1. Drink 4-5 litre everyday 2. Excercise 4-5 per week 3. Take 3 -4 gram Monday in which you are doing your workout ( not on rest days Disadvantages 1. You have bloating for 1 week only one disadvantage but I has multiple advantage I would recommend this product to everyone as this product increased strenth with one month Thank you AS-IT-IS for this wonderful product

Does not dissolve easily
No matter what you do, it doesn’t dissolve. There is micro granules even after shaking for minutes which is clearly not good for kidney. Earlier I was using MB creatine which was easly dissolved.
