I Love These Tablets!
Not sure what's in them and I really don't care since I bought them solely for the protein coating. And it sure tastes good. I was told I needed to take in more protein so I started buying everything that said it contained protein. If you find out what's inside the tablets, please let me know. Thanks.

I wish I could see the size of the pills ...
I wish I could see the size of the pills beforehand, because they are rather large. I had to break them in half to take them. But that is why I only gave 3 stars, I haven't taken them long enough to know if they are working yet.
