Why did you pick this product vs others?: These work really really well and are an excellent value considering how much pad you get. For my use, I just cut them in half since I was using them to hand polish a stainless steel motorcycle exhaust. I paired these with some Chemical Guys metal polish and it worked extremely well, removing most black spots and turning the pipes from an ugly burnt bronze back to silver. I highly recommend these so stock up if you need them!

These were used to hand finish metal tubing so that it had a brushed look. It was similar to the scotch brite medium grit (not the rough green ones or the scratchless white ones that are sold at the grocery stores). There were so many in the packages that I was able to also use them to scrub the linoleum floors in our kitchen, and they worked wonderfully...this is the same material used on the circular buffers that janitors use in office building and mall floors. Excellent purchase.
