After using, my neck and shoulders felt noticeably looser. The 660nm & 850nm wavelengths really work, and the cozy heat is super soothing. Comfy, wearable design means I can still multitask. Sitting at a desk has its effects and this has helped greatly.

All the LEDs were lit and their max brightness is quite powerful. At the max brightness, it warms up nicely.Only con is the plastic is not very flexible and on bare skin is scratchy, particularly around my neck. Also the edge is scratchy around my neck. Usage over time will see if it helps my sore shoulders from sleeping on my sides.

For the budget this has been perfect. I love the way I can use it anywhere and the timer on it has been great so I don't forget to turn it off.

Returned not a good quality

My spectrometer measured the wavelengths of the LEDs to be 658nm and 843nm. Given that my spectrometer should be accurate to around ±15nm, it perfectly matches the expected values of 660nm and 850nm. The 3 different modes (660, 850, and both) also work as expected.I do not have means to measure the irradiance, but it is adjustable to 5 levels as advertised and gets very bright at L5.

Purchased as an Easter gift for my daughter, she picked it out and said it’s “wonderful”. On my side it was a good price. She said it covers the areas she wants overseas on her neck, back and side where she wanted it on her neck.

Was nice however don't use it and then leave it on and it folded over itself because it will melt together and the its gone...which now made me think ok that's not good so is this really safe for us to use?! And also what would of happened if it got left on longer and I didn't notice, a fire? Scary...
