The jet spa machine is great. It’s very heavy and feels of good quality materials used however this is all let down by the poor suction cups. Not matter how hard I tried it will not stick to my curve bath tub. Had to return it. (Note, it’s been nearly a month since returning the item and the seller has not refunded me)

It's not uk socket ,that is very annoying. If u selling UK it should be UK compatible socket.

Es wird mit keinem passenden Strom Stecker geliefert. Es steht auch nicht in der Beschreibung das es in normale Steckdosen nicht passt!! Ich habe es zurückgeben und warte seit zwei Wochen immer noch auf mein Geld!!! Ich würde es nicht weiterempfehlen

Exactly what I wanted !!! I tried 3 different brands and models and returned them all . Just poor knock offs ….claiming to have the same features as the Momfann but did not perform. This is very much worth the extra$$ . Finally getting the bubbles I wanted from a jet spa.

this item was absolutely useless. We tried it in various spots in the tub and different water levels.

Terrible jet spa design , the suctions won’t stay and fall off and the jet itself is so heavy it breaks the all the time and snaps the suction holder The jet falls in the water and stops working The company doesn’t respond either I gave them several attempts to respond to resolve the issue before I made this review The items should be under one year warranty. It was only purchased in February 2025. It’s less than a year old. A competitor makes one that is 10 times better, I will include the photo of it. Make sure you buy that one. All I’m asking for is a full refund. I don’t want another one of these cause it’s just gonna break I have been through five of these with the same problem The last photo I’ll post in this review is the one that you should buy from Amazon it’s 1000 times better and it never breaks and everything’s built into one so there’s no more moving parts and it’s completely cordless and it charges via USB-C not the proprietary charger that this Jett has , I didn’t know about this Jett otherwise I would’ve purchased it, but I believe it came out in June 2025 right after I purchased mine
