What is your support like? If I have a problem, will I be talking to a real person in the US?

Yes, this is a core part of our promise. Every Skytech Gaming PC comes with a 1-Year Parts and Labor support and free lifetime technical support. When you need help, you're connecting with a real person, no outsourced call centers & chatbots.

What do I need to do when the PC arrives? Is it complicated to set up?

Our goal is a "plug-and-play" experience. Your PC arrives fully assembled, with Windows and all necessary drivers pre-installed and tested. All you need to do is: Carefully unbox, remove protective foam. Connect everything then enjoy your games!

I'm concerned about pre-built PCs using cheap, generic parts. What brands do you use for components?

We share that concern, which is why we build our PCs as if we were building them for ourselves. We partner with leading manufacturers like Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, ASUS, MSI, and Gigabyte. While specific component models may vary based on the market.

How easy is this PC to upgrade in the future? Am I locked into proprietary parts?

We believe in empowering our users, which is why our systems are designed to be fully upgrade-ready. We use standard components and build in ATX-standard cases, making future upgrades like adding storage or swapping out the graphics card.

Why choose Skytech Gaming?

We deeply understand your passion for gaming. We are more than just a brand that provides hardware; we are your partners, your friends, and your trusted teammates in the world of gaming. For gamers, by gamers, we are Skytech Gaming.
