robust and effective
This 4mm serrated line does exactly what it is supposed to do. Cuts through thick grass and scrub easily taking out suckers and saplings up to 8mm. Anything larger it may break off but that's how it works. It is however dangerous if not used properly. Used with a 50cc strimmer it can flick up large stones, dirt and grit so eye /head protection is a must and beware if using near windows. Equally it will do considerable damage to legs and feet if they get in the way so protective boots should be worn eg chainsaw boots.

Not disappointed.
I was totally fed up with the cheaper brands not fit for the job. This line is awesome. Feeds and lasts longer. Definitely recommend and fit for purpose. It slices through normal to long grass with a petrol bush cutter

Strong but not indestructible
I use on Cobra trimmer. These are very strong but you are still needing to replace them every so often when doing brambles

It works!
Previous trimmer line was OK but within 15 minutes of using was down to a couple of centimetres. I have just done an hour with the Oregon Flexiblade loaded onto a fairly heavy duty electric brushcutter doing moderate work through long grass and undergrowth and it is the same length as when I started.

Cheaper than cut strips but a pain in the rear !
I bought this as the cut strips get more expensive and less resilient every year ! It’s too much of a pain really. Although cheaper I often undercut or overdue and the acute curve effects performance I’m sure.Probably best if you got a block of wood with two six inch nails at either end 1cm apart and cut to an exact size then left for the to naturally straight out over a few days - maybe even a quick blow torch. Then they would all be cut uniformly and straights ready for mass use. That what I am going to do for the rest of the reel!

"A cut above"
The strimmer line is both tough and very strongIt out lasts any other line that have used to date. I work as a volunteer mowing and strimming my local church yard. The area I maintain is approx 2 acres, of which there are many small to medium ares where a strimmer is the only means to keep grass and weeds down. Obviously the site requires strimming around stone Head stones etc. I've found that this strimmer line lasts much longer, even operating in tight areas between Head stones
