I'm gonna be honest
I'm gonna be honest and say I'm not sure if this is really doing anything for me or not. I've been taking this nightly for a week or two now and I don't think I've seen any markable difference. That being said, I know these things can take some time and also there are more benefits than just sleep. That being said, I plan to repurchase this and continue to take it, cuz I'm special like that.Pills are a reasonable size, easy to swallow and overall a good value for the price.This product receives a "IDK if it's working but I'm gonna keep taking it and order more" out of 10.

Helpful part of my nightly routine
I started taking thud supplement to help with my sleep and I notice a difference- it really does help. Ive been focusing on my sleep health and its made a big difference in how I feel the next day! Great value!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve only been using this for a few week now, and I can say that I’ve already noticed a difference in my sleep quality. I usually have quite a hard time falling asleep, but this has helped me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer as well! The pills are easy to swallow, small, and no flavor. Hoping this keeps up cause I definitely enjoy my quality sleep nights

Wonderful sleep aid!
I faithfully take one every night about an hour before bed. A must for those who struggle with sleep! I’ve struggled with sleep for years… and though this isn’t a guarantee of sleeping through the night, I’ve had my best rest and sleep taking this

Caused me pain while I slept
I took these at night with dinner and I had a terrible time sleeping because of it. I don't know if it's because of the high dosage (according to healtline.com females 350mg and males 420mg) or what but it made my muscles and joints ache all night, constantly waking me up so I had to rotate to fall back asleep. This happened for a few weeks before I realized it was these doing it. I got this to help my body relax at night not stress it out. Seems to be fine if I take it during the day now. I was really hoping this would help my muscles relax so I don't have to go to the chiropractor so much.
