I researched rechargeable batteries and found a YouTube video that evaluated 4 or 5 brands of rechargable batteries. Waitly came out as the best value. I purchased this product as I have a number of Dewalt tools or Dewalt Clone tools (drill, driver, hand held chain saw, led work light, battery operated rachet). I have some of them at my home and some at my lake cabin. I try to keep all batteries charged since I can then switch them out when needed. The lesser amp batteries charge faster (and discharge faster) so if I haven't used the batteries in a while, I always put the lower amp battery on one side of the charger to allow more time for the higher amperage battery that I place on the other side of the charger. I have about 9 Dewalt style batteries by different manufacturers split between my 2 houses. The one battery that did fail is an older Dewalt branded one. The Waitly 6 amp 20 volt battery continues to work well after about 18 months. I'd say I was a medium to high user of the battery tools. I'd buy this Waitley battery again. I also have some Worx battery operated tools (chain saw, handheld chain saw, blower, trimmer, clippers) with 3 worx batteries at each house. I purchased a battery converter (about $20 on Amason) that fits on the Worx tools so as to allow me to attach my Dewalt style batteries if my Worx batteries are all discharged. The blower and the chainsaw drains batteries fairly quickly. As all know the worst thing about battery operated tools is the battery. With this scheme, I have plenty of batteries and could eliminate all Worx batteries in the future (if i live long enough) by simply replacing all the Worx batteries with all Dewalt style batteries. I also have chargers at both locations with ability for each to charge 2 batteries at a time. My system works great for me and provides pretty much constant power from the batteries if I need it. FYI a number of battery converters are available for lots of brands of battery operated tools. Good luck.

These are great batteries for a fraction of the price. Ive used several and they are just as good as the name brand.

This is my second Waitley battery. They do work and do last longer it seems. I do believe once they get down to 30%ish they seem to die very quickly. But I'll also buy again!

Really good battery price definitely makes it worth it my one complaint is that you have to take it on and off the charger a couple time for it to start charging. All my other batteries dewalt and knock offs charge right when I plug them in so I know it this battery but works perfect when charged

I was scrolling Instagram reels and came across one with a guy going off about how expensive dewalt batteries have gotten, how it couldn't all be inflation- but he found these great alternatives. Of course I had to check them out myself. Since they are a fraction of the cost of a regular dewalt, it wasnt a bad gamble. So far they charge well, hold the charge and have just as much power/life as the other dewalt batteries we have. They are compatible with everything we've tried too. I bought a 2nd bc we liked them so much and can never have too many good batteries around. Buy them, worth it.
