If you're sent what I was it will have cotton in it as well as the med. Odd.

These are fine, but you will end up with turmeric taste in your mouth when you take them, especially if it's with a warm beverage. Good think I like curry! Also, I couldn't tell how many milligrams of actual curcuminoids are in each capsule. I know it has ~500 mg of turmeric, but that's all I could tell from the label. Other brands specify the mg of Curcuminoids. I've been taking it for 4 weeks and I haven't noticed any impact on my arthritis pain.

Been using it for five weeks now and haven't really noticed any changes to my aches and pains in my body. Will keep using it until used all up and the make up my mind. But I have my doubts about the results. .
