This equiment I recommend for the active person looking for a warmup.
Just not sold on the results this equipment gives. I love that they have a comprehensive video training program,but I feel like this is a fad type workout that the casual person who want's to get in a good warm up would use before getting in a good workout.Sorry I am just not sold on this produt as a workout and the workmanship and material is suspect, especially after reading that you may have to replace the TRX depending on it's usage.I feel as if this is a fad that's going to fade soon and the eople involved would have made there money and moved on and left us holding the bag.

Not for beginners. Not for me.
I am a beginner looking for a basic workout on the TRX. This is NOT it. Firstly half the 45min workout is jump rope, not TRX. Of the TRX workout each exercise is about 30 seconds with very little setup time. So by the time they are done I've just gotten into position.On the Plus side the TRX exercises seemed good. I still like my TRX, but I'm going to use free youtube videos for my exercise program.It may be OK for experienced, well-conditioned athletes who know the TRX. But then I wouldn't expect that they'd need this video.

Good Cardio
I've been doing TRX in gyms and home for almost 5 years and I his is a great one for diversity. More cardio, less strength training than Train Like the Pros. Good sweat producer!!! It's very fast paced, so I had to pause it to adjust my straps here and there.

Hard workout
It took a couple times to really like this one because it's hard. I have been doing the TRX for two years ( on and off) and its nice to get a video with a little cardio. Unlike the other TRX video I own this one does not give you much rest between move. The jump rope is a nice break from the fast pass TRX moves. If you like your TRX and need a fresh workout this is a good one. This video might be too hard if you are just learning to use the TRX.
