Updated ** my first steamer did not work, after writing my review the company reached out to me and express mailed me a new and improved one!! It is amazing!! I used it last night and I can’t wait to incorporate it into my skincare routine!!! Thank you guys for being an amazing company and doing what’s right!!! :)

My steamer is not working. The lights are just flashing, I believe to indicate no water. But it is full. I’ve tried to use it a few times with no luck. I will have to return it unfortunately.

This does the job but I wish the tip extended out more. It’s convenient if you’re not wanting to spend a ton of money but need a steamer to get you by.

Returned both units. Would not work and very annoying

Not good. Worked only twice then stopped working. Did everything...it just blinks . I give up. There’s no number to call ...

Nice design and fits nicely in my table. But the steamer isn’t working. I just received it and have not been able to get it to work.Edit: I received a replacement and this one works pretty good, produces a really good steam flow.

The steam gets ready in 5 mins and the ozone feature is amazing. The steam was not too hot at a close distance. Get moistured pretty fast

This product is absolutely a nice steamer. It’s very easy to use and it only takes 5 minutes to get Ready. My skin felt clean, smoothing and moisturized. I also love how relaxing it feels. I’d definitely recommend it. It is amazing and worth-trying.
