D-Rex robotic pet.
Bought this a couple years ago when I ran out of pets....this was an easy no mess pet to have. I also thought grandchildren might like it, THEY HAVE. my 2 yr old grandaughter was afraid at first but with some discussion she started playing. She really liked it. named him Rexy. he follows her everywhere. works better on my hardwood floor but does go on low profile carpet too. As adults we have had fun too. family spent a night watching and following him around. Lots of laughs and comments.

Kid Loved it So Do Guests
Heck, even I like this toy. It's silly, it's funny, and it acts like it's going to eat you sometimes. I was hoping to have a bit more interaction than my imagination ran wild with when ordering it. It's chasing around of people is more of a slow stomp in their general direction for a bit with the growls and facial expressions that are the toy's strongest suit. I think it's a great toy, but I knock back the overall rating because the description reels you in with higher expectations. Definitely recommend reading through some of the various reviews to see if the reality of the toy is what you want.

D-Rex is delightful
My son loves this toy and plays with it several times a week. It is very interactive and funny. I have actually played with it and think it is really interesting. It may look too scary for toddlers, but 3+ boys will love it! I've even caught my husband talking to it and petting it. The only drawback is the remote - the icons on it are small and hard to read, so I had to get a labeler and put new labels on the remote to make it easier for my son to work it.

Cute Dino
D-Rex is absolutely adorable. He acts like a puppy and even seems alive at times. I purchased D-Rex for my son, but I like to show him off to my relatives and friends! You can call him from the side and he will turn and walk towards you. He burps and farts and laughts at himself and will laugh at you if you do the same. He get's really angry if you hit his nose and will back up and snarl at you. If you pet him, he starts making cute noises and wags his tail. If you put somehting in his mouth he will chew it. You can ask him questions and he shakes his head yes or no. This is a fun interactive toy.
