Adaptor does the job
This my second one (the puppy just won't leave it alone) and it works well. Price was a little more than another brand but decided best to stick with same brand as phone.

The part that plugs into phone base
The covered part that plugs into phone base is a little to long an would no fit into open area of base to good. Was still able to use it. Had to set be k of base against something to use it. Other than that it worked good.
