Handling the original LG remote felt like trying to do aerobics just to change the channel. That "Magic Cursor" was a masterclass in ergonomic frustration, refusing to turn off and leaving me at the mercy of a tiny scroll wheel that loved making accidental selections. By contrast, using this replacement remote is pure bliss! You can actually pick it up and press a button without a rogue cursor darting wildly across the screen. Even better, you can hit the Select button without the menu unexpectedly scrolling up or down on you. It is an EXCELLENT value and a massive quality-of-life upgrade for any fellow TV aficionado!

I was pleasantly surprised by this remote...very often these things don't work or not as you'd want it to work. However, simple is always better, I guess. The remote came with setup codes to pick from per your unit and also very simple instructions. Also, for me, the remote worked immediately with my T.V. For my VCR, all I did...believe it or not...was read the instructions and follow them using the direct input mode instead of auto-search...which I would recommend. 5 minutes later, I've got this one remote that operates perfectly both my T.V. and VCR. Couldn't be any happier with this universal remote, how it works, easy to setup, and would recommend it to anyone needing to rid yourself of most or all other remotes in your life.

This remote control is great! It was fully compatible with my TV and worked perfectly right away. Just note that it does not come with batteries included, so you'll need to provide your own. Highly recommend!

Perfect replacement for our original remote that just quit working. We just put the batteries in and it came right on & synched with our Roku player.

Roku replacement remote control works great, but it does not have an on/off button for Roku so you have to turn off your TV manually. I purchased this particular remote since it said it was for Roku Express, Roku Premiere, but not for a Roku TV. I do not have a Roku TV which is why I use the Roku Premiere. This particular remote did not have to be programmed, it was plug and play, but you can program your Roku remote to use with your TV and my previous remotes controlled my TV and Roku so I did not have to use the TV remote.

Our dogs like to chew these remotes up, so it's nice to get two at a time -- when we have to use the last one, then it's time to order another pair. Thankfully they aren't terribly expensive!

We have 3 roku express units which they no longer seem to make. My elderly mother misplaced her remotr. These replacement remotes work perfect.

Works well, however feels cheap (which it is as its a really cheap price). it looks like it has a light like the original remote, however it doesn't. This confused me at first, making me think that it didn't work however, the remote works fine. The buttons are a little different than the original so muscle memory sometimes makes me press the wrong button, however this will fix itself in time.

Junk. Didn't work for the Roku Express

Look it isn't the same as the original Google one, but when that goes through the wash, what can you do! We ended up with 2 as 2 remotes for different tvs broke at the same time. Still working years later!
