The spaghetti specifically is phenomenal! I have major texture and consistency issues and have no issues with this pasta. It’s incredibly good for you with clean ingredients and is fantastic with chicken Parmesan, Asian dishes, and so on.

Taste like a real pasta !

These are some of the better textured gluten free noodles I've tried. (the others being chickpea and rice pastas) They have a little edamame taste but it's not bothersome, and the green color goes wayyy down once they're boiled. I love the fast cook time! My only complaint is that the noodles are a little short.

Using the word "powerful" sounds inappropriate when describing food, but this huge protein dish actually empowered me!I followed the easy, simple recipe and after draining it, I added some marinara sauce and it was GREAT! After finishing a bowl, I ate a second bowlful but this time, instead of sauce, I added sour cream, and again it was great tasting! Holy Macaroni! I am hooked!I highly recommend it! I sound like they paid me to write this review, but they of course, did not! The Only Bean is yummy, filling and strengthening! The feeling of strength most likely is due to high protein content!What I like most is that I only had to cook it for 5 minutes! Also it has a chewy consistency, very similar to eating real spaghetti or pasta!Guys! I feel full and great!Do yourself a favor! Buy "The Only Bean!"

The taste was bad even with spaghetti sauce!

If you follow a lower carb eating style and have tried the different pasta alternatives, like I have, then you'll be thoroughly impressed with this edamame pasta. Sure, it's not an exact match, but it's very mild in flavor and the texture reminds me of whole wheat pasta. The box makes a bunch too, I'd say enough for 5 people. As I've read in other reviews, spaghetti sauce doesn't seem to stick to these noodles, but not a big deal. I shared some of my edamame spaghetti with 3 other people who also follow low carb diets and they all thought it was delicious!

This pasta gets soft very quickly. The texture of this bean pasta is almost mushy rather than traditional pasta, which has more a chewy texture. Overall, I will eat this pasta, if I do not have another option, but I probably will not voluntarily choose to make it again. Good concept with increasing protein, but I'd rather find protein from a different source.

When I first tried it I was a little put off by the texture (different, bot bad), but I recently made it with butternut squash Alfredo sauce? Honest to God that's probably the best pasta I've had in a very very long time. If you guys want to make it too, you can either make Alfredo from scratch or use the stuff in a jar- and bake a couple butternut squash worth with some oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Blend it all up super well with the Alfredo heated and throw it over the pasta. These taste pretty neutral, so I like to go heavy with the flavor. It doesn't take them long to cook, it depends on how I'll dentate you want them to be- I usually just follow the Box instructions. The protein is very high, and the consistency is a little odd but not something that a person couldn't get used to.Make sure you rinse these off a couple of times before adding the sauce, it helps with the texture.
