Did “not” help with increasing appetite. I made certain prior to ordering there was a return policy, as there are so many products with false claims. By the time it arrived and I had time to take it, their policy had been updated to “no” returns … not even limited. Buyer beware. And not cost a lot so I saw no value for my money.
