Really good quality product!! Its pain free and gives a neat trim. I used many trimmers in the past and it was a painful experience to trim the private area and I had to be extremely careful. This one’s a lifesaver, I can literally trim everywhere with it, no pain, also I used the round shaped trimmer to get a shave like finish without any razor rashes. So so product.. trimer is good but facial hair removal part is ok ok .. not good ..using this head feels heat..
