Wilton Non-Stick Mini Tart Pan, 12-Cavity

It's official now. I am crazy for miniature and individual dessert servings and the pans used to create them. I have two of these pans now and wouldn't part with them.I haven't used this pan for a tart or pie yet, but I did bake snickerdoodle cookies in it. They were chewy and tender (put a couple of pecans halves on the top before baking!), delicious. The cookies slid right out of the pan with out any sticking, and a quick wash in hot soapy water and it's ready to go again. I'm sure it's dishwasher safe, I just prefer to wash baking pans by hand to preserve the non-stick coating.While it's not the heaviest gauge steel, it's not the lightest, either. It didn't buckle or bend while in the oven, and it feels sturdy.This pan makes very small servings. It's only about 3/4" deep and 1 3/4 inches across at the bottom (I'm estimating, as the pan is at home and I'm at work, but I'll update when I measure it for real).I can hardly wait to make a batch of pie crust and create some adorable little pies/tarts. I'm thinking chocolate, coconut, strawberry!

This Wilton Non-Stick Mini Tart Pan works perfectly and the tarts did not stick ! Easy to use, Easy to Clean and Feels very Durable. I would say it it is high quality..!! Worked fantastic on the first attempt!The only down about this product is that you are limited to baking 12 tarts at the time but if you are planning to make a lot of them perhaps it would be good to own 2 or more of these pans!Bottom line: I love my Wilton Non-Stick Mini Tart Pan and I highly recommend it to anyone that loves baking!

Great tart pan, very helpful when making tarts.I could not to wait to bake my little pecan tarts when received this.It turned out great. It is nonstick, so it's so easy to get my tarts out, even when they are still warm.And the warm tarts taste...yummy! They are so popular that they are almost finished at once.Lastly, the best thing I like about the pan is that I do not need to really "wash" it. It turned out to be almost clean when tarts are out, thanks to the nonstick pan, no messy baking pans any more.I also uploaded photos so you can have a better idea. The tart pan was sturdy and easy to clean. The tarts didn't stick to the tray and came out in one piece.

This tart pan works fine. I use once a year for my Christmas mince pies. Clean up easily as my mince pies are so full of mince meat that it bubbles over. This year it was hard to find jars of Robertson's Mincemeat. For all you folks who do not know what mincemeat is, it is a traditional Christmas pie filling of dried fruits suet, and brandy (or rum or scotch)marinated for a few months, not like the American brand that has apples and no spirits and no taste. These pie pans are the perfect size.

Wilton makes great bakeware and this mini tart tin is no exception. Great quality, easy to clean, and very sturdy. We used it for Portuguese milk tarts-- the only thing to note is that the nonstick coating on this pan shouldn't be exposed to extremely high temps, so if you're baking Portuguese tarts like we were, you'll need to bake at a more moderate temp than those tarts usually call for.

Great quality pans. Nice and heavy, and the non-stick surface is excellent. Tarts pop out of the molds without much effort at all. The molds are a great size, perfect for things like lemon or butter tarts.

Genau die Grösse, die ich gesucht habe - weder zu gross noch zu klein. Schnelle Lieferung und sehr gute Qualität. Es ist praktisch weil ich nicht mit den Einzelformen immer mehr mals backen muss - ich hatte 5 Einzel-tarteförmchen und wollte nicht noch mal 5 davon kaufen...

J’utilise le moule pour faire des petits fours et mini quiche. Il est très pratique. La pâte brisée prend bien la forme du moule. La pâte ne colle pas au moule, très facile à démouler. Du coup j’ai racheté trois moules supplémentaires pour faire de grosses quantités. Très satisfaite de mon achat.

Purchased this tin to replace a tin I used for many years which is now too worn to safely use. Although I would have preferred a slightly deeper tin (my previous one was 2.5 cm deep, this one around 2) I decided on this item after a long futile search for a deeper tray and I must say it works perfectly. The tarts are nicely defined by a ribbed exterior and come out easily without prepping. Look forward to many baking sessions to come.

This works exactly as expected. Tarts came out looking lovely, nonstick worked well and clean up was a breeze. The only issue was user error - on my first batch I didn't press down the dough enough so the tarts had VERY heavy bottoms. I suggest baking off one or two test shells before committing to an entire pan just to get the feel of it.
