I lost my original charger on a trip, so I needed a replacement quickly. I was also hoping it wouldn't cost too much.This item completely took care of what I needed. To be honest, it's even better than the original charger because it has the added feature of flat prongs that fold out to plug in and then fold back in for storage.It's a small thing, but considering how basic an item like this is, any added useful feature is great to have. The folding prong feature is really nice because it enhances the portability of an item that theoretically you want to make as portable as possible. The length of the wire is good too — neither frustratingly short, nor confusingly long — and it came with a Velcro tie already attached, which was another nice little touch that enhances the portability.A charger is one of those things that either works or doesn't. This one works, and it has these two nice added touches. If you need a charger and this one lists compatibility with your device, then you probably should look no further and buy this now.

The charger stopped working after 2 months. Amazon suggested I contact Seller. The Seller has a Google Voice outgoing message only that directs the Caller to correspond via an email address services@dext.com that came back as undeliverable. Amazon then needed to step in and offered to replace product, which I accepted. Hopefully the replacement charger will work.

Bought this to have a second laptop charger; product arrived August 31. Mid October, less than 2 months later, my laptop suddenly notified me that it had switched to "on battery" while plugged in with this charger. I was watching a show so neither the laptop or the charger were even being touched. This charger hasn't worked again since. My original ASUS charger is still working fine so it's just this one. Was hoping it would last more than 1.5 months...

Stopped working after 9 months. Waste of money. Invest in a nice one.

Just opened and started using the product. Connection disconnects and reconnects with very little movement, I will need to immediately replace. I will update review based on seller response.

Quality seems good but the cord is significantly shorter than the ORM cord. So far it has not been a problem for me but I avoid plugging my laptop in if there is not an outlet near me.

This stopped working for me after a couple of months of regular usage despite I took good care of it. Also I sent two messages to the seller and they didn't respond to my complaint.
