I've used this product for over an year now, the overall experience with the blender is really good. The blender's performance is really well if used for household purposes. But after using it for a year suddenly the blender stopped working while making loud sounds. So, I reached out to the customer service to let them know about the problem and from the very first day they guided me properly. As a gesture of goodwill they also provided me a complimentary replacement for the mixer. I am very much satisfied with their product quality as well as their service quality. So overall, if anyone wants a blender in an affordable range for household purposes can definitely go for this product. It's really worth the money that you're spending. It's also very easy to use and the product is also very good. Go for it. I am very happy that Nutripro is not only maintaining their product quality but also their customer service quality and I hope that they continue to do this.
