When i drink this it's Extremely clean and smooth tasting 😋, What's also very important is that it has high Magnesium and potassium that your body needs when you on a ketovoire or carnivore diet. Will definitely keep purchasing alot it's a 🏆Winner. I Highly recommend!

Salty Grapefruit.
I would compare these with Liquid I.V. but am a bigger fan of these flavors. They hydrate well. Use them when am working outside in the heat.

Muscle Cramps Gone!
Excellent! This recipe finally ended my daily muscle cramps that other electrolyte products did not. I enjoy the grapefruit flavor.

Try It You'll Love It
Groovy flavor baby 😊. Mixes very well. Great for hydration. I use one package every morning in 32 oz of water. I add a scoop of creatine to it. I use another package at night as I tend to get leg/foot cramps at night. It definitely helps. Highly recommend.

Saltt is a summer must have
This is my favorite flavor. I love the ingredients. I think these are great for hydration, which is important living in the desert. I don't think they have a flavor that was terrible, just not a preference for another one.
