Clear picture
Nice camera with clear picture. Can adjust camera up/down for better view of what’s behind you. We chose to remove multiple panels in the vehicle to hide the cables, so set up took a bit of time, but otherwise easy.

Does the job, but isn't perfect
When you first test out this backup camera, and finally get it installed, it's very exciting. It's not until you pop on your sun glasses, or need to park in a particularly tricky spot that this unit lets you down.Make no mistake, there's no replacement for the ability to see out the back of your vehicle, and the LeeKooLuu backup camera really is easy to install and get working. My gripes are in the camera's field of view, and the polarization of the screen. The camera has a fairly tight field of view. This means you will not be able to see cars coming from the side when backing out of a spot in a parking lot. This also means that, for my sake, if I angle the camera down far enough so that I can see the bumper, I cannot see straight back. So, if all you are looking for is a glance straight out the back of your vehicle, for added safety, this will work just fine.I tried using the camera to back right up to a wall, eventually all I could see what a sheet of white, no distinguishable wall to be found. When it rains, a little bit of water on the lens also renders the camera useless, and the lack of HDR video means you get flares and glares that can be problematic. This is not unique to this camera, but did prevent me from using the camera in several instances. Finally, and this is a deal-breaker for me, the polarization of the display matches my sun glasses. Most smartphones and displays put the polarized layer at an angle so you can see the display in 0 and 90 degree orientations, sadly, when I'm wearing my glasses, I cannot see the display at all.On the bright side, the display mount is fairly universal, and I really like that they added adhesive to the suction cup base.I opted for the 12V socket installation method, so I could push the button and turn on/off at any time. I was not comfortable splicing my break lights, but the gear is included to ease that task, if you choose it. I have a long truck, and the cables made it with space to spare, so you should be able to wire your car with ease.Overall, I am pleased to have a camera on the back of my long vehicle. I am aware that it is not top-tier equipment, I can live with the shortcomings, but the inability to use the device with sunglasses on makes it a distraction instead of a safety feature in my life. I like seeing a glance of the world behind me, but I really did hope for something that would be better at assisting my park. That's it, a wider FoV, maybe adjustable, and tilted polarization and I'd be giving 5 stars.

Works as advertised
This backup camera helps you see what you need to see without all the wires. It’s exactly as described and now I have an extra in case I need to see an extra angle or something like that. 10/10

Nice, sharp picture
The media could not be loaded. I'm very pleased with these cameras. They are pretty easy to install and self-explanatory. It's very responsive and has a super clear, crisp video with guidelines. Got one for each car and will be keeping!

A good camera with a few caveats
Retro fitting this onto an early 2000’s Tundra was a bit of a challenge, but it’s installed and it works as advertised.Installation varies greatly with each vehicle but it wasn’t rocket science. The instructions require a bit of interpretation but were sufficient to get the thing installed. You can wire it to your tail light or use the power button with it plugged into your cigarette lighter/power outlet. I went with the first option which required a bit more work. Picture quality seems to be every bit as good as OEM. This camera works best when installed in the middle of the tailgate or trunk but mine is on the bumper and I lost some visibility. Up higher would be best for the most visibility. Low or off center (like on our Jeep) and it does not work nearly as well.

From my home to yours, here's my take: Great buy
This backup camera setup is solid, I actually picked up two for my trucks. Quality is great, feels like durable plastic and not that cheap, flimsy stuff. It comes with everything you need: the camera, 4.3-inch monitor, cigarette lighter adapter, power cord, suction cup mount, and T-taps. For the price, especially getting two? Hard to beat. Now, the screen is on the smaller side, just 4.3 inches with a clear picture and the night vision works great but if you're only using it to back up, it’s more than enough. Plus, the smaller screen keeps your dash from looking cluttered or in your way. Buttons are simple and easy to use.A few things to keep in mind, though:It’s not wireless, so you’ll have visible wires depending on where you mount the monitor.Installation? Not a 15-minute easy job, It took me 15 minutes just to get ready to install, and about an hour per truck once I got into it from running wires, following the harness, zip-tying everything down (note: it doesn’t come with zip ties, so you’ll need your own).Power-wise, you’ve got two options: plug into your cigarette lighter, or tap into the reverse light wire at the back or go all out and wire it to your fuse panel. Running it through the frame takes time and patience… crawling under the truck might be faster if you don’t mind getting dirty. The manual has three Youtube links on how to do the install, two of the links I could not watch Youtube required me to be a member but one did not. The video was very helpful and also was well over 15 minutes that others claimed it took them to do.Bottom line: It works great and looks clean when it’s done, but don’t expect plug-and-play simplicity. Be ready to put in some effort in into it but once it’s in, it’s worth it.
