Great projector - easy to use, Bluetooth connection with my phone is awesome, and the image looks great. A ton of grids to choose from too. The remote is super helpful, just remember to plug in the receiver. The audio is also much better than I expected, so wireless use is even better (movie nights are an added bonus),

Here's the deal, I ordered one back in November of 2024 and it arrived (clearly used) with a big dent in it. It worked fine but the dent was concerning, because for almost $800 you don't really want to have your product arrive damaged and be unsure of how long it'll last once you start using it. I tried contacting Artograph's customer support for a replacement because it wasn't an option on Amazon for some reason (as Amazon would only let us return it, and we had gotten this first one on sale for Black Friday so I wasn't about to return it just to re-buy the same one for more money), and of course they were like "Sorry you guy, most we can do is drink one million beer and tell you to contact amazons because you have purchasing it from there!" I was like okay I figured as much, thanks for nothing. Then I contacted Amazon support and, after getting transferred to 6 different chat representatives, I FINALLY got a dude who was willing to help us replace the projector with a brand new one that wasn't dinged up. About a week later the replacement projector finally arrives, this one is clearly brand new and still had the plastic wrap on it. Great! Then we tried setting it up and the remote doesn't respond at all with the new one, which is a huge issue because you absolutely need the remote to access some of the features on this projector. I just contacted Artograph's customer support again but I have no doubt they're just gonna say "sorry you guy, we were too busy drinking one million beer, we can't doing anything to help. Please for to trying contact the amazons again!" Which means my only remaining option will be to return this piece of crap and re-buy it at full price and hope third time's the charm. All in all this projector has been nothing short of a HUGE pain in the butt and of course there are zero troubleshooting steps anywhere online for the remote, from what I can see. For something this overpriced, it should work at least semi-perfectly straight out of the box. I love wasting money so much, thanks Autograph!!

This is an excellent improvement to the old Artograph rectangular design. The autofocus is good and worth the price of admission. Images are sharp and it is easier to control than the older model.

This item was not user friendly and I was not able to make it work. Sending it back was a nightmare. I am a professional artist and I routinely use computer end electronic aids in my art. There was little instruction with this item and I could not get the size to refocus no matter how hard I tried.
