Absorbent without being bulky
Much nicer than others I've tried. Not bulky. Forget I'm using, most of the time.

Very pleased/highly recommended
Buying these to aid in my recovery theyโve become my overall favorite go-to pad. My needs are finally minimal but coming off another top brandโs max protection that was a bit bulky I quickly jumped to these finding they were pretty capable even for my higher needs. These are very soft so much so that you donโt really feel them. I chose these also because they have wings that are wider than most-a need for my fitโฆmight not be a concern for you but never hurts to have the extra coverage. Iโve had zero leaks with these and only good results to report. Adhesive is perfect. Price is reasonable. Lots of other great reviews which helped lead me to these. Highly recommend!!!

Great thinner, more comfortable pads for men months after surgery.
These are ideal for men perhaps several months after surgery, when your leakage is low, as they are less bulky and obviously absorb less liguid than TENA's heavier grade pads, which were very useful right after surgery, when you might have leaked a cup of urine a day. ***Practicing Kegels before surgery, then doing you Kegels often each day, starting a week or so after the surgery, REALLY helps with a quicker recovery!! When you heal and recover to where you only have one to a few unexpected small "spurts" a day, then this thinner TENA pad could be ideal for you. TENA's in general are very absorbent compared to other brands I've tried, comparing same thickness, and they hide any odor of urine well for hours. The have a better "wicking' material, that's why. The slightly higher price for them, compared to the cheaper pads sold at "big box" stores is well worth the difference, as a thinner TENA is a lot more comfortable than a less tailored, less aborbent, and bulkier cheaper brand. The fit is much better for me than, say, *Depends, and that brand difference totally depends on just how a particular pad conforms to your body/underwear. Some folks prefer the *Depends fit. Price matters more for some folks, too. Your mileage may vary. Try different brands and see. I bought some pads from different brands, that happened to be donated to a Goodwill store, to compare them, and not waste much money doing so. By the time 6-12 months pass after surgery, most men "should" have little need of a pad. Even with the same surgeon, the time until you are '"dry" every day will vary by months for their patients. Shop around for surgeons, overall, some surgeons just have better technique than others. Get an "A" surgeon, and not a 'C" grade surgeon! Some days I'm "dry" and can wear the dry pad for 2-3 days before it gets wet. That's when a pad's adhesive is really tested! I'm also almost a year past surgery, so I hope to not "need" any pads in the future, yet I'll still have one on, "just in case" if I'm in public, and can't get to a bathroom for hours-as when your more "full" bladder is most likely to sneak out a "spurt". Solution-don't drink a lot of fluids for 2 hours before an event, and pee just when you get to an event, even when you don't feel like you need to! I'm 5'10' and 220 lbs, and the pad is too wide at the top and rubs on me, so I cut it roughly in half, horizontally and use the smaller, narrower bottom half only, and that is a better fit and feel for me through the day-the rubbing on the side and top used to drive me crazy when I walked. Maybe the whole pad is the right size/ fit for you. I learned that talking to other men after surgery, and looking on forums, that their daily urine leakage lessened as their body learned to "hold it in" especially while laughing, or suddenly standing up. (Go Kegels!) Fortunately , their need for pad size and thickness definitely changed to "smaller and thinner" with time, as things improved. Cons: The adhesive strip is at best mediocre. They've got to up their game on making this "stickier." One star off.

Seem good for me
Ever since my prostate removal for cancer, I have had a "little" control issue. I even used my wife's pads but they not so good for men but better than nothing. I bought two different (both expensive) brand protection underwear briefs, not for me. They are on extended stand by duty. Finally I searched for pads for men, there is such a thing! These, each come with a little bag to discard the used pad in. I am giving these a try. So far, good. But to use the fly opening to relieve yourself, the install instruction covers that opening so I install it's smaller bottom end up next to fly opening with pad mass facing down. Works good.

ABS OUT T
as a product it is very good. with that being said one should know the product comes in different absorbancy strengths so one might have to test or determine the strength one might need. one should also observe how often the product might have to be changed because it can fill up and overflow. the center of there back of the pad has sort of an adhesive that sticks nicely to the undergarment, however, the side flaps do not. this can be a problem for some, depending on the size and shape of ones anatomy because at times the upper outer flap can fold in leaving one unprotected. i recommend to the company to put an adhesive on the upper outside flaps also. finally at time if pad fills up and is taken out the pad can split and the inside foam can come out. with all this being said I only gave it a rating of 3, however, it is worth giving the product tl a chance

Unobtrusive and absorbent
These men's incontinence pads are exactly what was needed to prevent urinary leaks from seeping through onto clothing. They are absorbent, yet not bulky . They adhere well to the undergarments and do not irritate the skin . A great value for the money when purchased in bulk.

Forgets he's wearing TENA in his undies.
Spouse tried other manufacturers; each has design defects, uncomfortable to wear. TENA stays in place, adhesive does not overly stick, easier to remove from briefs. Design fitted for men's area, molds to the male body that one could forget he's wearing them. The price on Amazon is less expensive, as I shopped around.

Reliable and Comfortable Protection
The Tena Male Guards are a reliable choice for light incontinence protection. They are comfortable to wear and provide good absorbency throughout the day. The adhesive backing keeps them securely in place, and theyโre discreet enough that you can wear them without worrying about bulkiness. I appreciate that the pack is eco-friendly, though it would be great if there were even more sustainable packaging options. Overall, they do the job well and offer good value for the quantity provided. A solid choice for those who need daily protection.

Wider and more absorbent then a level one
Same quality as a Level 1 but wider and more absorbent. Despite the wider size they are still discreet in use and comfortable too.
