Drink alot of water and stay away from sugary drinks
Really good, it’s helped me alot, has kept me from having to go back to the ER and get the steroid shot. This will flush it but keep in mind as it flushes the uric acid any Crystals that were left behind will come down to the tow or ankles but its normal i noticed as you continue taking it and drink alot of water you get rid of the left behind crystals. So far this product is effective.

Works, but not 100%
I got these for my husband when he had issues with his gout. It provided a bit of pain relief and seemed to be effective for the money. They were not too difficult to swallow and did not have a smell or taste either. I wish they helped more, and made is gout go away faster.

Wow and oh wow! I was literally suffering with severe gout attacks.
