Great little game, easy to learn and a foreboding sense of tension as the game gets to its climax.

Like others, a bit annoyed at the deceptive listing
It's in Italian, which this listing does not make clear and is a very shady thing to do. I caught that before I ordered but other reviews said the board was in English and only the instructions were Italian so it was easy to work around. I was happy to use an online PDF of the instructions in English if the other components were all in English.Just so anyone else knows, there are special action cards/tiles that the different characters can use (one or two for the investigators, six for Jack.) They look great, but you guessed it - the descriptions on them describing what they do are totally in Italian.I could explain to players what they mean/do, I could write little notes in English - but that's a bit lame and therefore this is *not* a perfectly playable game in English. The board is the same as the English version as others have said however.I would one star this for the poor description and listing, but the game itself is amazing. I wish Fantasy Flight would just reprint the English version, it's impossible to find.Also to note, the Italian version doesn't seem to come from Fantasy Flight, the box is a bit smaller and cheaper feeling than you might expect from other FFG games, but it's fine.

Don't buy unless you want Italian version!
Did not read the description properly....This is NOT an English language version it is Italian. Otherwise the game looks good if I could play it

Arrived quick and in perfect condition.
Hard to find in the UK so I opted for this version as I really liked the game. As mentioned with other reviews, it is in Italian but there are plenty of walkthroughs on YouTube, the instructions can be downloaded of the internet and Google Translate is also an option to help read the cards. The game arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

in italian! did i miss that in the description ? if so, it was easy to miss. but once we figured out how the play it was great and really fun and quite different

maybe I missed it in the description but all the print was in Italian. Just as well the English rules are available to download

Easy to play
It’s in Italian 🤦♂️Other than that it’s a fantastic game. Cheaper to buy in Italian and the rules are all online anyway. So definitely the way to go

Italian version
As numerous other reviewers point out, and as the description has down at around line 3, this edition of the game is in Italian. I photocopied the rules and cards from my American version of the game (which is in English), and pasted the English translation onto the cards. It's not the most beautiful solution, but it allows us to quickly read the instructions without having to deduce their meaning using grammar school Latin or Google Translate. I'm uncertain why Amazon.co.uk features an Italian version rather than the English one, but c'est la vie.Having gotten that gripe out of the way, it is a fun game, provides infinite replayability, and functions correctly, so I'm awarding it 3 stars.
