Great Brass Crusader Helmet Rustic Vintage Home Decor Gifts

I'm not going to lie, I was kind of desperate for something to help protect my skull from morningstars and the dreaded battleaxe, and wouldn't you know it, I found me one great helmet to fight off those pesky nobles who think they run the joint. I've never seen so many peasants run in fear at the sight of such a well built and stylish full-helm. Who needs to worry about stains when this finely polished metal wipes the disgusting juices right off like it was rain water. Only major downside is that it doesn't come with cup holders for my Goblets. 10/10 - Would Fight Off The Lower Class With It Again!

I figured this would be some sort of tin trinket, good enough for a halloween costume. I was wrong. Real steel (maybe 18ga, not terribly heavy but enough to stop anything short of an axe). Rivet quality is excellent, the brass fittings shine, the padding is fairly comfortable. I really want to buy some chain mail and a horse to go with it!

You’re not wearing this. The fit is a little too small and no nose room. Zero comfort. Has a missing rivet. No customer service. Tried several times. Whatever. Looks cool on the shelf. Fairly good quality. Ok value. Had to get a different one to wear for cosplay. Keep it oiled or it’ll rust.

I'm very impressed with the aesthetics and workmanship of this helmet. I purchased it for my son who enjoys LARPING, whatever that is. He was over the moon to receive this lovely piece of armor for Christmas.The only bummer is that the metal has to be coated in oil to prevent it from corroding or oxidizing while in transit. I understand it is necessary but it's a pain to clean. Just be aware that it will be greasy.

This was ordered for a family member. Very happy with it and exactly what was wanted.

This helmate is made from very nice material and looks amazing. There are a few problems with it though. First, when the package arrived it was covered in a thick layer of grease and had hair stuck in the cracks. Second, the part at the top to hold your head was way too low down, so I had to untie it and put a towel in so I could see out of the helmate. And third, it does not include the stand which the box indicates it will have.All in all, it is a great helmate, but be careful of these things when purchasing.
