Q: Can I add more solar panels to charge faster?

Yes, this panel allows expansion by connecting multiple panels in parallel or in series for faster charging. We suggest using the same solar panels for expansion. (The parallel/series connector is not included in the solar panel package).

Q: What can ACACIA 120W solar panel charge？

It can charge ACACIA 330W power station, which can also charge most other power stations in the market. Please make sure your power station accepts the OCV of our solar panel(24.4V), or it may cause damage.

Q: Do I need to purchase extra controller or cables to charge my power station?

An MC4 to XT60 cable is included in the box to charge the power station. You can use it to connect your solar panel and charge your power station.

Q: How to store or clean the Solar Panel?

When you are not using it, we recommend to store panels somewhere indoor with dry conditions, but be aware of heavy items. Use a soft cloth to remove the visible dirt, then use a damp cloth to wipe off dusts to keep the conversion efficiency optimum!
