If you get frequent migraines this is a great tool to add to your treatment. I like the pressure mixed with the cooling and I feel like together it really helps get rid of my headaches and migraines. I usually keep it in the freezer, but have used it without chilling first just for the compression and it still feels good. It's also nice for if you get sinus pressure or headaches from allergies or a cold. It has a weight to it like a weighted blanket, but it's not overly heavy or tight, just gives that sensation which is probably my favorite thing about it. I would also say it stays cold pretty long and I have used it as a general ice pack for other body parts and it's great for that - espetthe back, because it's comfortable to lay on. One thing I would mention is that it's super cold right when you take it out of the freezer, like to the point where it will give me brain freeze if I put it on immediately lol, but that was just part of the learning curve.

I was hesitant to try another off brand migraine cap, but I am so glad I did. This cap has a nice weight and thickness to it and stays cold for a decent amount of time. I also love the color and look of the cap, but the main thing is that it works well. I only have one minor issue and that is wanting a little more of a snug fit. I have a smaller head and am sensitive to head pressure, especially when I'm experiencing a migraine, which is when I want to use this. I was surprised that it actually felt snug enough to stay in place and provide a very slight amount of pressure even on my little head. The material is legit squishy and comfortable enough to sleep with it on, that does mean it doesn't stay cold for as long as ice would, but it's much more comfortable. It has a slight factory scent but not any kind of intentional added scent.

LOVE THIS!! I get migraines very often and it feels amazing if you have optical migraines. If you put it in the freezer and pull it out a couple hours later it stays cold for a very long time. Feels great to sleep in, like having someone hug your head. Super easy to clean if something gets on it. The cap itself is weighted and I was honestly surprised by the weight. The material it is made out of it so soft and just slides right on your head so easy plus hasn't messed up my hair after sleeping in it for hours.

I got a response to my question in less than an hour. The product, I've used a few times so far for cold relief for a headache and it does provide relief. It's not too tight, which I was afraid of, and it stays cold for long enough to lower the pressure in my head. It did not get rid of my headache but I didn't expect it to because of how severe mine get. I would recommend this to anyone who gets headaches and uses cold for relief, because it wraps around the head fully and feels more effective than a cold rag over my eyes and forehead.

I use this for headaches and migraines. It works very well. It stays cold for a long time and is nice and snug so doesn’t fall off even if going to sleep with it on. I think it is comfortable to wear and the light pressure it creates actually helps soothe my migraines as well. I keep it in my freezer in a ziplock bag so it has to warm up a bit before use or it’s too cold but overall this is so useful to me and I would buy another if I ever needed to.

The gel is thick and is 360 degrees as advertised. Unlike many other cheaper options on Amazon where the gel pads only cover half the head (front or back) despite their advertising. the coolness only lasts about 30min even when taken ice cold from the freezer but it’s better than nothing. This has helped me avoid taking painkillers for my migraines.
