No,no, don't do it! Seeds such as flax, chia, and cress should not be sprouted in the Hemp Bag. You would have a hard time cleaning it afterwards because of the gelatinous goo you would be dealing with.

Q: Can I use this for a tea strainer?

The instructions say not to strain tea in the bag because it will degrade the hemp
