LEGO DC Super Heroes: Aquaman: Rage of Atlantis w/mini figurine (Blu-ray)

The mini figure is cool, and the movie is in like with the other lego dc movies

My son and I are fans of the old 1970s Super Friends cartoons, as well as of all the recent Lego DC Super Heroes movies, and so we were really looking forward to seeing Aquaman get his chance in a starring role. This movie does not disappoint! It has a very good plot that not only holds your attention, but is funny and exciting all they way through. I love they way they depict Aquaman here. Not only is he funny and endearing, but we see in the choices he makes his noble heart. In addition to introducing the important figures in Aquaman's life in Atlantis, this movie also brings us Green Lantern Jessica Cruz and the super bounty hunter Lobo. Both of these characters get some screen time and character development, and both are worthy additions to the Lego DC Super Heroes cinematic universe. We get to see Cruz growing into her role as a new member of the Lantern Corps (and Justice League), while Lobo proves to be a worthy foil to the super pals. We did the exclusive Cruz minifigure along with the movie, and it is a great one to add to our collection.

This is the Lego version I am talking about. We all know how Amazon likes to mix reviews so you can't tell who is talking about what.This film starts with an Aquaman who is anything but somebody you would want to meet -- and ends with an Aquaman to be proud of!It also features the Justice League doing something they don't generally do -- actually work together to solve a problem. Usually, they just take turns fighting the bad guy. As they do at the start here, but, give it time, they soon have a problem that requires thought and teamwork. This makes it the only Justice League/Teen Titans film I have seen so far that actually worked for me.

This is another DC Universe movie in line with previous LEGO titles. In other words, it has no relation to the new live-action release of Aquaman. Aquaman's actually pretty doofy in these movies, but that works for our toddler. He liked the female Green Lantern best of all - maybe she'll get her own movie in the future!

I had just pulled into my driveway when the Prime employee delivered my package, which was why I was outside to receive the delivery. I had not unloaded my 2 year old grandson as of yet from the car as my arrival and his arrival coincided. He immediately notice my little grandson in the car as my grandson is not exactly quiet, Haha and he responsibly told me there was a kid in the car. I knew this, but was happy for his concern. This is not exactly a review on the product, but on the Prime employee. 5 stars for him and 5 stars for the dvd. I have seen the movie. Haha.

The folks making these seem to have a real reverence for the source material, and it's obvious they are having fun doing it. Their portrayal of Aquaman gave me some real Batman Brave and the Bold vibes in the best way. And LEGO Lobo too?! More of that please!

The product image clearly states BluRay + DVD + Digital. The box that came with it also says the same, but the digital redeem token was missing from my packaging.My kids were very excited to see this movie and the mini-figure is very exclusive.

As long as you don't take the Lego DC movies seriously you can overlook the obvious flaws. Meant for young kids, still entertaining enough where adults can have fun too. It's Lego after all.

Love the movie! And on top we like the mini figure a lot too!

Muy divertida

Comme d'habitude, avec les animés Lego , les traits des personnages sont grossis..Les plus grands (les parents ?) qui connaissent l'univers DC reconnaitront Jessica Cruz caricaturée, trop peu sure d'elle et Aquaman dont beaucoup se questionnent sur l'utilité dans le Ligue des justiciers.Un bon moment pour les petits, pas mal de clins d’œil pour les plus grands.

Todo llegó muy bien, la minifigura está genial. Vale la pena
