No issues and I’ll buy again if needed
I wear glasses and find headphones push the arms of my glasses into my face, which becomes uncomfortable. These are fantastic, those who have an issue with them falling down, I don’t have this issue. Maybe try putting the band further back of your head. When I’m in meetings these have worked really well, I’ve had so much noise outside that you can hear inside, that my colleagues don’t hear it even though I do. The design is great, I don’t have the issue others have stated about them falling down when looking down, I am able to take notes when in meetings. I put the band of the headset further back on my head and never had had the ‘falling down’ issue. The connectivity is great not had any issues with that. Yes these can be deemed as expensive but it me, I get an overall better experience and one that doesn’t leave my head feeling uncomfortable due to conventional headphones pushing my glasses into my face. I also can’t wear ear phones as they irritate my hear. These overall are just fantastic. These are my first Shokz and I’m that impressed with the brand I’ll be purchasing another product to listen to my music when on the go. There’s always some things that can be improved so I’ve gave this a 4 star, I do think maybe a better design for those that have the issue with them falling down when looking down, but I don’t experience this issue. Technology is always improving so, if Shokz do another model of this then I’d expect some upgrades.

Well this is the first Shokz product that disappointed me. The sound is great. The OpenMeet has a much fuller sound response than other models. The battery life is great, and it stays on while charging if you don't mind the cord. Decent features that are basically the same as other Shokz models. The reason I'm scoring it low is because of the fit. The headset comes with three sets of pads to help customize the fit but no combination makes it any better to wear. Even if I'm just sitting at my desk it is constantly sliding off my head and I'm not even moving much more than regular activities sitting at a desk involves. An abrupt turn of the head will make them nearly fall off. If I use them for driving or any physical activities like walking or hiking I wear a ball cap over the headset to keep them in place. I have wondered several times if anyone at Shokz ever even true them on during the design phase or what use case they thought these would be appropriate for. So, ya, they have good sound but the fit is frustrating. If you do any kind of movements beyond breathing and watching YouTube, stick to the Opencomm2 models.

As of this date, January 2025, the regular price of this item is $319.95. Without any available discount or coupon at the time. Additionally, this is a One-Day delivery item with Prime, perfect for a last-minute gift or purchase! This headset is just fantastic for anyone who spends hours on calls or listening to meetings. Unlike traditional headphones, the open-ear design of this headset keeps your ears free and comfortable, especially if you dislike the irritation caused by prolonged use of over-ear or in-ear models. Key Features: Open-Ear Design: Perfect for those who like hearing their surroundings during calls or presentations. It's ideal for remote work in quieter settings, though it might struggle in very noisy environments like coffee shops. The microphone, however, isolates your voice exceptionally well, ensuring clear communication for the other party. Sound Quality: This is the best audio experience I’ve had from a SHOKZ product. The bass is deep, and the dynamic range is impressive. However, optimal sound depends on precise positioning over the ears, which can shift if you move around too much. The included adjustable pads help, but they may not suit rigorous activities. Comfort and Usability: Lightweight and easy to wear for extended periods, the buttons are well-placed and intuitive. It’s an excellent choice for desk work but may not be ideal for more active users. Connectivity: This version supports Bluetooth connectivity, but there are variants with USB-C or USB-A wireless adapters if you need them. Even with the adapter, Bluetooth pairing is still an option. Final Thoughts: The OpenMeet is an outstanding headset for specific applications like remote work or quiet environments. While it’s not perfect for noisy surroundings or highly active use, its comfort, sound quality, and intuitive design make it a great tool for many users. The 2-year warranty is a nice confidence booster from the brand. Highly recommended!

I purchased this device a few days ago, and I believe that both the sound quality and noise cancellation are excellent. Nevertheless, I can only give one star because this device has absolutely no grip. I only lean forward or backward by 30°, and the device already falls off my head. I have tried everything, of course, including the thicker cushion. Nothing helps. I can only wear the device if I wear a hat at the same time. So I would definitely say one should not buy this device. I have several other devices from this company that I use for sports, and they have a perfect fit, which is why I would never have thought that a new device from this company would suddenly be so poor.

Quality of the product is OK. Features are OK. As far as fit goes, they constantly fall off my head if I so much as barely lean forward. It doesn't matter what size side head spacers I use. I cannot recommend this headset.
