Brocraft Universal Track Bracket for Lund Sport Track/Lund Boat 45 Degree Bracket Downrigger Bracket / G3 Boat Downrigger Bracket / 45 Degree Ranger Downrigger Bracket

This bracket fits my 2017 Ranger VS1780 perfectly. I didn’t have to add any shims and it is a tight fit. Since I have a classic (very old) down rigger, only two holes line up with the bracket. I am impressed with the strength of the bracket.

It's perfect fit for my lund 1625 with the sport track waiting on arrival of my downrigger but the mount itself looks amazing looks sturdy

Purchased for use on my Lund Tyee. I use a Cannon Uni-troll 10 manual downrigger with a 10lb ball on this mounting bracket. The bracket is sturdy and secure. In order to get the bracket nice and secure, I use a crescent wrench to add a little more torque when tightening the knobs otherwise the knobs can loosen up while you are fishing. This product works well for someone who does not want to drill holes in their boat.

These things are solid. I don’t think they’ll have any trouble holding my manual Canon downriggers. I was disappointed that there were no directions for setup, but it wasn’t hard to figure out. I had to move the supports to fit the narrow gunwhales on my Lund Impact. The bolts for the support knobs were a bit loose in the threads. I also had to drill out the mounting holes slightly to fit the holes in the mounting plate. Once I had everything where it needed to be, I put Loctite on the bolts. Things seem solid now. I put some Gorilla tape on the back to hopefully keep it from scratching my track.

Used this mount to install a Scotty Downrigger setup on my Lund Impact boat. The mount fit perfectly on the Lund rail system and the required mounting holes for the Scotty components matched up also. Result was a very nice final assembly. Will definitely buy again for my next downrigger / boat install.04/13/2023 - After using these mounts for awhile the leveling legs came loose due to the boat's vibration. To stop this from happening I applied thread locker to the threaded legs of the levelers before they were retightened into position. This eliminated them from loosening again! The mounts can still be removed from the boat if needed however.

Needed to add some electrical tape to the mounting plate to level the unit.

Purchased this to mount to my 2019 Lund Impact with a sport track. Very disappointed. For comparison i have and use 4 Lund downrigger supports and a Cisco downrigger bracket that i am happy with. These were not available in the time frame needed so i ordered this one even though it was more expensive. This one is more complex in its design and construction and i could not get it to lock in the channel. Of course no instructions but this should be a no brainer. Not impressed especially in comparison to what i already have.

Rock solid mount!! Good customer service through Brocraftmarine. Mounted down the Lund 45 degree downrigger mount on a Ranger 1650 MPV. You will have to file down the width of the t-bolt to fit in the track. After install, no wiggle and is rock solid.
