Excellent truck sim knob.I bought this to use on a TH8A and it works perfectly. Win10 automatically sets drivers for Arduino devices, but you may need a driver for Win7.Super easy to setup. Start ATS(or ETS2) Start the controller wizard and set the switches for splitting and range. then go back into controller setup and make sure to tick "shifter toggles use switch mode" and you're all set.Seller is excellent too. Super fast shipping(East coast to West coast in 3 days) and a quality product. Nice rubberized knob with a glossy cap and their logo is tastefully silk screened on the back and the USB is more than long enough for most setups.Pro tip 1: Make sure to tick "shifter toggles use switch mode" in controller setup in ATS in order to use both up/down functions of switches.Pro tip 2: wrap a little tape around shifter shaft to keep from maring it with the set screws.Pro tip 3: Use a little blue loctite on set screws to keep them from backing out.

So, after much debate, I chose this product over CSIO's SKRS model. Mainly because CSIO is taking about 4 months to ship out their product and don't respond to any emails, messages, etc. I sent them a message almost a week ago on Facebook, asking about their estimated time for shipping if I ordered. Still haven't heard from them. And Facebook messenger is their recommended way of contact!I ordered this Simu Shift after sending an email through their website asking if it is a plug and play device and would work with Euro Truck or American Truck Sim games. They responded the next morning, on a Saturday even, saying yes it is and should work fine. Ordered one that weekend. It arrived Wednesday via Priority mail shipping... nice.I plug it in, it's very light and simply uses two set screws to clamp onto your shifter setup so it will probably work with any brand shifter.... Windows 7 tells me it can't find the drivers for a arduino micro device, ruh roh! Duck Duck Go search yielded an arduino website for drivers... download, install and the device now works! Start up American Truck Sim, try to program the switches, nope. Start the input wizard in American Truck and there it is... a few clicks here and there and now she works amazingly!Gotta say, I love this thing. It's not a 'genuine' Eaton Fuller shifter but that would just drive the price up. This thing is awesome. I love it. probably 5 feet of cord, I didn't measure it but that's my guess. Buy it.

I’ve been using this for around 4 hours on ATS now and it works great I have really no complaints so far other then I wish the splitter for hi/lo gears was a side to side lever instead of a switch. I don’t know if it’s worth the price tag but it’s the only one on the market that has a reliable company to back it up, quality is pretty good and it works as it should. Seller shipped fast and got back to me when I asked him what’s up with the shipping because they answered fast and told me it was delayed because the hurricane. Other then that just buy it you won’t regret it!

Product arrived faster than two day prime shipping when ordering this shifter and a new wheel. Had to wait for the wheel to arrive before use so way to go on fast shipping. Easy to setup and works as expected. Anyone use to an actual splitter and the direction it’s used may need some retraining. I’ve used the splitter but mostly use it as a 10 speed. Got enough buttons being pressed on the wheel as it is. No medalion with gear pattern but not needed. You won’t be looking at it anyway. If you use the trucking sims you’ll enjoy this addition to realism.

DO NOT GO TO SKRS, they WILL rip you off, this product is better, always works and never lets you down, i've had mine a couple years now and it's been flawless, the build quality is top notch and i can't recommend this enough, if you're looking to get one look no further, GET IT NOW !!!!!!

My main gripe with this thing is the quality of the shifter itself. The plastic doesn't line up on the top grip and it feels a bit sharp due to that.This thing seems to just have an Arduino in it programmed to function as a 4 button joystick (there are two toggle switches in this device for the high/low and the splitter). That's perfectly fine though, this device is likely aimed strictly at people that want something that will just work when you plug it up.If you aren't tech savvy and don't have the time to make a custom solution, this product is functional. I feel that I could probably build something like this at half the price, again though not everyone has that as an option.

I have been using this since purchase, for American Truck Simulator. Works perfectly. Remove an allen screw and replace existing shifter with this knob and then go into the game and program the throws and buttons. Has worked since day one and I have used it for about 300 hours. Takes the game to a whole new level. Wouldn't enjoy it nearly as much without it.

Mine came in the mail much faster then the delivery date which was great however when I opened the box and hooked up the shifter it did not work. Pretty sure the cord is broken at the usb plug in. They are in the process of returning it. Sad I was really looking forward to using it.
