I have a small head, does this have an adjustment?

No adjustments. Handles are 5 and a half inches across and can probably stretch up to 6 inches. Its exactly 5 inches from one frame end to the other. The frame itself is is 2 by 2 inch. The circles are not completely round but slightly octagon shaped and the yellow of the glasses is noticeable when warn so some people may assume you’re wearing shades. Hope this information helps.

is there any information of what wavelengths of UV light the glasses block? 400nm to 500nm or only 380nm to 400nm? The description mentions 400nm

Our Juliette as well as our Optics glasses effectively block blue light between 380nm and 500nm . They filter 92% of the blue light measured at 400 nm , which is deemed the more harmful. I hope this helped you make your choice and wish you a great day! Kind regards, Adrien KLIM Product Specialist

I have extreme "dry eye" and spend a lot of time on my computer .. do these really help make the eyes feel less dry?

I am amazed at the relief I get from these glasses Sometimes my eyes were so dry or blurred so bad I couldn't read my tablet now I can use my tablet for hours and I can't even tell you that comfort it offers To my eyes wouldn't be without them I bought other kinds For blue light protection but these are by far the best and the most comfortable wonderful quality

can it be wared by men? or it is suitable only for women by style?

Hi Amazon Customer, thanks for asking! The Juliette glasses can be worn by men and women as well, they are no tied to any specific gender. I hope this helped you make your choice and wish you a great day! Kind regards, Adrien KLIM Product Specialist
