18 Inch, 15Amp Electric Tiller

I recently purchased the BILT HARD 16-Inch Corded Garden Tiller and I’m honestly very impressed with its performance. For a corded electric tiller, this machine has a lot more power than I expected. The 13.5-amp motor is strong enough to break up compacted soil and even handle areas that haven’t been worked in a long time. It tills up to about 16 inches wide and 8 inches deep, which makes preparing garden beds much faster and more efficient. One thing I really like is how lightweight and easy it is to maneuver. It doesn’t feel bulky, and the adjustable wheels make it simple to control while working. Assembly was quick and straightforward, and the foldable handle is a nice touch for storage—it doesn’t take up much space in my garage

Woks awesome, even on my rock hard soil. Had no problem at all. The last time I had used a tiller, it was a gas powered tiller that weighed at least 150 lbs. This little 10 lb. electric tiller definitely did a better job, and I can easily pick it up with one hand and there's basically no maintenance. Just plug it in and, although a cord can be a pain in the ass, there are no batteries to charge and it runs for as long as you want! I'm impressed with the results so far. I tilled my 20' x 50' in about 30 minutes and it was a piece of cake! I definitely recommend this tiller!

She's a work horse! Never did I think an electric tiller would be equal or better than a gas power tiller. Having clay and sandy patches in GA, I was concerned if I'd be able to till with and electric tiller, she went through the grass, clay and sand with no issues. Really simple to put together, although my wheels came off within 10 min of use. I've been using the tiller without the wheels with no issue and just carry to the shed instead of rolling. I will get ahold of the company to see if they will replace the cotter pins. My only concern with the tiller is, once its on, its on. There's no speed control, she'll get away from you if you don't stay in control. That being said, the tiller automatically stops when the lever is released. Easy to put together and use, with a wide base and strong motor. Great purchase, highly recommend

Powerful little devil! Works well in my backyard vegetable garden. Easy to assemble but operating it is a challenge. It pulls you forward and you have to struggle to control it. Not because that's how it operates but because it has one speed and that is too high! It flings dirt everywhere, even outside the garden beds, entailing extra work to bring the valuable soil back where it should be. Only if it had extra speeds to slow it down so it wouldn't bounce around so much and not fling dirt everywhere, it would rate five stars from me. I will amend my review later when I have someone to record a video. Good for the money though, longevity is up in the air though, too soon to tell.

I bought this to till up a flower bed. It worked well. It was light but enough weight to get the job done. The motor seemed strong and the cord wasn't an issue. Assembly was easy. No issues.

I needed a small tiller for my garden beds and did quite a bit of research before choosing this one. I have to say that I am completely satisfied with my purchase. This tiller delivers has a lot of power. I had no problem tilling through a layer of clay filled with large rocks and whatever construction debris that was buried when the area was graded. I easily hit the 9” depth they claim. Its not going to be very efficient for large projects but I would highly recommend this tiller for smaller projects, cultivating, renovations.

I didn't try this tiller out, because it was slightly smaller than the description read. I can't attest to the speed, or how it runs, or even if it is easy to clean. This tiller was definitely foreign made and that added to my hesitation to keep the tiller. I chose to return the tiller. I realized that this tiller was not sold directly through Amazon, so I had to work with the seller. After a few emailed exchanges, I was able to return the tiller for a full refund.
