Q: Can someone translate the ingredient list on the label, please? I need to make sure it doesn't contain wheat flour.

I had the english label on mine, it says: salt preserved chilli(chilli pepper, salt), processed broad beans (broad beans, salt, malted rice), dried chilli pepper, salt, ethyl alcohol, ascorbic acid.

Q: How does this taste different than spicy broad bean paste aka doubanjiang?

A little saltier and less broad bean-y. good. but I find this more useful for general stirfry cooking- do not use this for mapo tofu.

Q: Anyone GF have a bad experience with this sauce?

It is very hot so do not use too much.
