Are these really waterproof? I'd like to use them for posters outside & don't want them to bleed in the rain - has anyone tried them for this? Thanks

They are waterproof, except that if you pin through the paper, this will let water in and it will bleed the print. A good tip is to cut the paper down a bit and pin through the margin you create, which is sealed and waterproof. Done this loads of times.

is this thick enough for a divider / tab use please? Thanks

SInce this is not that much bigger than A4 you would need some kind of extra tab fixed to it, but if you laminate thin card in it, it should be ok I suppose.
