92003 Silicone Lubricating Grease with PTFE, 3 oz Tube, Translucent White

Bought this to lubricate the inside of a Smeg kettle lid and mechanism that my missus swore she didn’t break, even though she was the one that slammed it down and told me it made a funny noise!? I can say it’s super and lubricating. Lid now opens and closes incredibly efficiently with minimal effort. If anything grits almost anticipates us opening it! I will say I only needed a fingertips worth but now I’m prepared for the rest of my life to superlube any other kettles that my missus didn’t brake in the future. Also occasionally find myself wondering what else I can use it on, I have that much of it. Squeaky swings when I take my kids to the park? It’s somewhat expensive for the amount you may need for a DIY repair but it was easier to obtain and cheaper than anything I could get locally.

I’ve been using Super Lube Silicone Grease with PTFE on my Bambu Lab 3D printers, and it has been absolutely superb. It goes on smoothly, stays where you put it, and provides a long-lasting, clean lubrication that really helps keep everything running quietly and consistently. The texture is thick enough to give good coverage without being messy, and it doesn’t attract dust or grime the way some other greases do. A tiny amount goes a long way, which makes the tube great value. I’ve used it on rails, moving parts, and anything that benefits from a smooth glide, and the difference is noticeable — movements feel cleaner and more controlled, and maintenance is quick and simple. If you have 3D printers or any equipment with precision moving parts, this grease is an excellent choice. Very happy with it.

As 3d printer owners know, these need regular maintenance, in my case it’s greasing the screwdriver bars ( I can’t think of the correct term for them). This product is perfect for greasing the bars on my Bambu lab X1C, although, to be fair you can’t really fit the tube through the gap for the back rod. That’s not the fault of the manufacturer though and the problem is easily overcome by putting a dab of grease on a finger and using that to grease the back bar. Seems to last a long while as I only need a couple of small dabs on each bar, and only need to use it every month or so.

I’ve been using this silicone grease for maintaining my 3D printer, and it has worked very well so far. It applies smoothly, stays where it’s supposed to, and provides excellent lubrication for moving parts. After using it on guide rods and other components, everything operates smoothly and quietly. A small amount goes a long way, so the tube should last quite a while. I appreciate that it is easy to apply and doesn’t make a mess. So far, I haven’t noticed any drawbacks or performance issues. Overall, this is a quality lubricant that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I would definitely purchase it again for future maintenance needs.
