I purchased this after ready several reviews about grounding and its potential affects. I was a little skeptical but decided to try it. I get up about 4:00 am every day so I don’t get much sleep. According to my fitness tracker I would average 10 to 15 minutes of deep sleep per night. I used the mat under my feet for 30 minutes the first day and did not see any difference. I then used the mat across my legsthighs ( more surface area) for about 40 minutes per day while watching tv. My deep sleep went to over 60 minutes each night!!!! I felt better rested. I’m no longer skeptical. My wife began using it and shortly noticed an improvement in her sleep too. We have since told several friends who have purchased a mat and they have seen similar improvements. One person also said their headaches stopped too. So simple and easy to use while watching tv or working at your desk, so it doesn’t take any additional time out of my day.

I asked for this mat as a birthday present hoping it would do what it advertised. I could not have been more surprised at how good I felt after the first night. For at least 6 months I had neck and shoulder pain. Couldn’t go to the chiro as I have cervical stenosis. After the first night my neck and shoulder pain were gone!! And I mean gone!! I have such faith in the product that I bought one for each of my daughters and my boyfriend. I’m sure I’ve driven my coworkers mad touting the benefits of this amazing mat. I’m sleeping better and feel great! The only thing I wish is that I had known about this grounding mat earlier. The set up couldn’t be easier. Put it on the bed, it has elastic to hole it to the mattress, and plug it in to the ground at the receptacle. It works best on top of the sheet but I started out with it under the sheet. I definitely recommend it for anyone who has inflammation and pain. It has a bunch of benefits but I can’t name them all. Just try it.

The product quality is good. But haven’t been convinced by my wife’s argument about the benefits

I can't believe how wonderful this mat is!!! I tried it, skeptical at first about the claims of the grounding and what it can do, but I'm absolutely amazed at how good I feel after sleeping on it. I've been using it for about 6 weeks and the improvements in my sleep quality is unbelievable!!! I have arthritis in my knees and since using the mat, my knees are like new knees, no pain or swelling and I'm even able to sit with them crossed, which I haven't been able to do in years. I awake refreshed and have more energy and feel so much better than I can remember! I highly recommend you try grounding and this mat is the perfect way to do it because you are grounding yourself all night while you sleep. It's easy to put on your bed too, only takes a few minutes. This one was a great price as well compared to others that I've checked on. Do this for yourself and buy this mat!
