I've been taking this to help with jaw bone loss and loose teeth. It seems to be working!! My teeth are not very loose anymore. Along with proper dental hygiene too it seems to work great.

I understand (after many years of doing it wrong!) that you should take K2 if you take D3 to help the calcium go where it's supposed to go rather than into your arteries. I have no idea if this does what it's supposed to, but it's packaged well, capsules are on the smaller side so not too hard to swallow. Price was reasonable. One side effect that I don't know if it is true or just coincidence, but it seems my very restless sleep issues are better when I take the K2 before bed. Is that a thing?

I don't know what customers should know, as there aren't any ways to tell. I just read it's good for one to take . You Don't get any special different feelings or notice anything different. I'm just believing it's doing something good. I would suggest googing it to learn about what it does. I don't totally remember it's potential good, I too, need to google it again. 5 Stars because it's a strong antioxidant for one thing.
