Poor construction, drivers crash on Mac, avoid.
When it arrived, I noticed that the box was visibly damaged. It was shipped with other things that weren't damaged, so it must have been shipped damaged. It seemed like the player wasn't damaged so I decided to test it before I returned it. The device itself is cheap plastic as noted by other reviewers. It feels extremely flimsy and I doubt it will last for very long.I put the batteries in and plugged it into my mac via USB. I already have audacity and the player showed up as Plug-and-Play, but Audacity couldn't use it as a device because of errors. I tried Ableton Live, which crashed. I happened to have an old copy of Audition, with a few fits and start I was able to record some test audio until Audition crashed. The Audio device appears and disappears. It is very obviously flakey and can't be used for its main purpose. It seems that most of the different companies making similar devices are just white-labeling the exact same thing, so I may try to use the analog output to see if I can record through an audio-in device, but this thing is a hunk of junk, and a waste of money.[Updated]I needed this cassette player to transfer from cassettes to digital files. The USB connection never worked, but I used the analog connection to do some of them. The shielding on the player is horrible. I had to keep my phone in another room to avoid electronic clicking (that only helped a bit). Then after about 15 hours, the play head just fell off. I was able to stick it back on, but that kept happening. After another 4-5 hours it just stopped working.Seriously, just avoid this thing. I have to go but something else now to finish this project.

Works on Win10
I have several cassette tapes that I purchased in Europe many years ago. I cannot locate them in a digital format. I needed a way to convert them to a mp3 format. This works great. It comes complete with easy to install software and instructions. I am using on Windows 10 with no problems. You can add the artist, track, album, etc. detail to the recording. I works better than expected. I recommend it as an affordable option to convert cassette tapes to MP3 format.

Driver Issue on Win 10 (64-bit)
I was not able to get the device working using Windows 10 (64-bit) when connected with the USB cord. After quite a bit of troubleshooting and trying different computers (and USB cords) the seller sent me a new device. I'm having the same issue with the new device, and the issue appears to be with the Windows drivers. No drivers came with the device, and none were available for download through the company. Instead, the Windows drivers are supposed to be used. In my case, regardless of what I've tried, the computer doesn't recognize the device. The device does work when connected to my computer via an aux wire. As many reviewers have mentioned for this device and those like it, it is made of cheap plastic and is very flimsy. I don't feel like I'm going to break it, since I'm not a kid and am not trying to rip the door off (there is a release button for the door, you don't have to manually pull it open). When recording, there is quite a bit of line noise. This may be because I'm connecting it with the aux wire, or it may just be the noise the device makes from the tape spinning.Overall I think it's a cheap, nothing-special, walk-man combined with a free audio capture software. I think it's severely over priced.

Simply doesn't work
I spent at least three hours with different connections trying to get my laptop and either of my two desk-tops to recognize this device. (Windows 7 and Windows 10). I even asked a friend who is a sound tech at the college to help. No luck. The response is always the same: the computer does not recognize the device. We went on-line trying to see if there was software available for installation. There is not. I've also checked two forums and discovered this is a common problem. And, of course, there is no support from "Wikoo." Unfortunately I waited past the return time which means I have a $35 not very attractive paper weight.

Meh...they're all the same I suppose.
I decided to get the item that had the highest rating, hoping that it would be a superior product. It's not. It's very cheaply made, so I'm guessing that all of these tape to MP3 devices are the exact same hardware, just with a different name on it. So, my advice is to just get the cheapest one and forget the ratings. The auto-reverse mode would not disable. Even though I had the setting to play only one side, it still insisted on reversing and recording the other side. So while it's a inferior product, it's about the only one I could find...and it did what I wanted it to do in the end.

Problems with Mac
I needed to download the software for my Mac, and that worked ok, however I needed to download an added program to make MP3’s which was what I bought this for. My Mac would not allow me to use the added program, so I was not able to make MP3s. Whether it was something I could figure out or not, not being able to do this made this unit far less valuable to me. As a Walkman, it would have been fine, but that’s not what I wanted it for.

Annoying Background Sound
Easy to use and record, however you'll have an annoying background "popping" or "thumping" sound. Evidently it's a shielding problem. You can try a longer USB cable to move the Player away from your computer, but it' doesn't eliminate the problem completely.Considering this Player will be used for people to archive their cassettes into MP3 format, you would think the manufacturer would have shielded the unit better to eliminate any RF interference. Bad design!

The device will eat your cassette tapes!
I'm a Computer Science Engineer and I hate to give poor reviews but I depend on them to make sound judgements when purchasing stuff online, and for this reason, I have to give this product a 1 Star. The device seems poorly built which could be the result of it eating my cassette tapes, especially when it automatically plays the other side to allow continuous recording, and the player does not shut off when it's finished, that's another time it will eat your tape.I'm sorry, but I would use caution when purchasing this cassette player if you do decide to do it have a pencil ready to rewind the tape back to its original state.Thanks.
