This controller features memory save settings which means that when you turn this off and on, it will use the same speed setting that you left it on. It comes with a 1.5 m lead wire and can be used indoors or outdoors. It is suitable for mounting on walls or in windows. Omg this was either the best deal ever or priced incorrectly!! Only £19 looks great with all my other animated lights on the house. Let's hope the lights last after a few recent faulty reviews left buy other buyers
