Works Well
We use this for an older horse before the farrier comes to trim his feet. He has some arthritis in his back legs and this has been a great pain reliever for him. It is easy to administer and the horses accept it readily as it is flavored.

Just what we needed to help my horse get through his first secession with our farrier
It was very easy to use and it reacted on him at the time I needed it to help him get through an ordeal that was very stressful because he had some serious miss treatment previously in his life and now he reacts so much better when we have his feet done

It's amazing how fast it works
The aspirin paste came quickly. It's amazing how fast it works. Definitely recommend for minor aches and pains for horses.

not sure if I got a bad batch?
Didn't seem to help at all. Used Bute instead.

This does give pain relief, easy for grumpy horses to spit out and waste
This does offer some relief for minor arthritis or muscle strain pain...IF your horse will take it. The gel is very thick when compared to de-wormer products given in a similar manner. Because each dose of this gel is only 20cc on average, you do get several doses in each tube and that's great. It's also a problem in that the physical quantity is small, so if your horse manages to spit any of it out, the entire effort is for naught and you have to give another dose. I like that it seems to work a little faster than powdered versions mixed with feed, but keep in mind only for horses that are compliant about swallowing a paste/gel in the first place.
